2. Eat a Balanced Diet
Daily intake of food should be well balanced. Food which are rich in fatty acids , vitamins & minerals should be encouraged more. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables
3. Stay Healthy and Fit
Regular exercise of the body helps maintain a healthy & happy life . One can daily practice Yoga , meditation , deep breathing to keep your nerves calm .

4. Use Clean Rightful Pillowcases
Our pillow usually soak oil from our hair which causes skin break out / acnes . Change your pillowcases frequently, cotton pillowcases take away all the moisture from your skin and leave it dry, flaky and causes sleep lines and wrinkles. I recommend a silk or satin hair scuff or pillows
5.Rest More Often
Get enough of rest during your free hours. Rest on soft clean mattress . Dull and sullen skin’s quickest cure is a deep sleep
6. Excellent Moisturizers
Use a good moisturizer suitable for your skin to help regenerated and give you the desirable youthful skin . Avoid harsh body lotions
7. Clean your make up brushes regularly
Clean your make up brushes regularly and throw away the old sponges. Brushes filled with old make up may contain bacteria and causes breakouts. Use baby shampoo and conditioner to clean your brushes. You may use a drop for antiseptic too.
8. Exfoliation
Have weekly regular exfoliation and cleansing routine. You can do this at home by using yogurt, oatmeal, coffee and rosewater etc. Always use natural ingredients or products.
9.Stop Smoking
It leads to wrinkles, pigmentation and bad skin. With the environment already so polluted and creating havocs on your skin, you don’t want self-inflicted skin issue.
